چکیده
در دوران خلافت هارون‌الرشید (193-170ق)، قیام‌ها و شورش‌های گوناگونی روی داد و تشکیل حکومت‌هایی مستقل، قسمت‌هایی از قلمرو خلافت عباسی را از پیکرۀ آن جدا کرد. در این میان، قیام‌های پی در پی خوارج در نواحی مختلف قلمرو هارون را می‌توان در زمرۀ چشمگیرترین رویدادهای زمان او به شمار آورد. پرسش مطرح در مقالۀ حاضر، این است که چه عللی در وقوع جنبش‌های مسلحانۀ مکرر خوارج در عهد هارون تأثیر داشته‌است؟ در پاسخ به این سؤال ، از شیوه حکومت اشرافی هارون که سلطنتی در پوشش خلافت بود و نیز عملکرد غیر منصفانۀ کارگزاران افزون طلب او، به عنوان علل اصلی قیام‌های خوارج در قلمرو آن خلیفه، یاد شده‌است.

The Revolts of the Khavarej in the Period of Haroun AlRashid

In the reigning age of Haroun Al-Rashid, there occurred various uprisings and revolts with different motives, and establishing independent governments, separated some parts of the Abbasid territory. During this time, the ongoing uprisings of the Khavarej in various parts of Haroun's land can be considered as the most significant event of his time. The question presented in this article is which factor was the most influential in the ongoing occurrence of armed revolt by the Khavareji during the reign of Haroun? In response to the above question, Haroun's tyranny disguised as caliphate and the unjust conduct of his greedy subjects are considered the major factors in the Khavareji's revolts against Haroun.
