Abstract
Ghazali's tendency towards Sufi worldview and life, especially after his repentance, influenced his political vision. The impact of this event on Ghazali's seclusion and the strengthening of Sufi worldview in him was significant, so that his special language as a prominent Sufi was reflected in his writings in general and his political writings in a special way. In fact, this was a kind of intellectual experience that, with the support of Ghazali's life experiences in the field of Sufi and pious life, led to the closer and more integration of mystical insight and the principles of Iranshahri politics. As a result, his addresses to the sultans and the pillars of power and monarchy were directed towards more ascetic, pious and spiritualistic advices and a more unpredictable end. This phenomenon deeply affected his commentary literature, especially in his political writings. The hypothesis of this research is that al-Ghazali's repentance led to the integration and fusion of the two visions of Iranian politics and mystic-sufism vision in such a way that, under its influence, concepts such as justice, monarchy, power, tax, ministry and etc. was interpreted in a universal and Sufi context. In this research, in an analytical way and based on the analysis of Makatib's treatise, the impact of his mystical-sufic worldview and life in the creation of a mystical-sufic narrative of the politics of urban Iran will be considered.
