IRHJ started in 2008 and is published by the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences. The journal is dedicated to publishing the highest-quality original research on the history of Iran, including its cultural, social, economic, political, and foreign-relations dimensions.

Dear authors, according to the editorial board's approval, the authors must ِdownload the Commitment and Conflict of Interest Forms from the authors' guide section and upload them to the system after completing them, along with the Paper files. Otherwise, the Paper will not be sent for review. The responsible author's email must be academic.

 

Archiving Policy
To guarantee the long-term preservation and accessibility of published content, the full text of all articles is deposited in the institutional repository of Shahid Beheshti University and archived through the National Library and Archives of Iran. Article metadata and Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) are permanently registered with Crossref to ensure persistent access and citation.
