With the Mongol invasion of Iran, the status of the court of law was changed completely, and the military and military organization of the Mughal was replaced by this court.
The main issue of the research lies in the fact that the Mughals and the rulers of the ruling elite used to replace the function of the Divine Widow, which was proportional or incompatible with the administrative traditions of the dominant realm (Iran).
The purpose of this study was to investigate the above problem, as well as to identify and review the military establishment of the Supreme Court during the Ilkhan period, the process of this replacement and the results of this study and has been organized using a descriptive-analytical method in the field of library studies.
Because of their military and military capabilities, the Mongols abolished the use of the WMD. In the new organization, some of the duties of the Tribunal were given to the military and partly to al-Hasan Beitkadi and other administrative and financial employees.
With the onset of the rule of the Ilkhans and especially the Muslim Ilkhans, despite the continuation of Mongolian traditions in the organization of the army, and especially from the time of Ghazan Khan, changes were made in line with the Iranian administrative traditions in this area.
These actions, whether demanded or unwanted, although indicating a low return of the court in this period, but because of the high presence of the military emirates and apparently the differences between the Iranian bureaucrats, the Tribunal failed to fully recover as some of the administrative elements of Iran.
This vivid representation is also the result of the clever attempts made by the Iranian bureaucrats to revive or at least to combine Iranian administrative traditions with Mongolian traditions.
